 2006

September 6-9, 2006 , SATIR attended the 8 th CIOE held at Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center . During the 4-day activities, impressively, SATIR introduced its newly-designed upright infrared camera SAT-S280 and SAT-S380 which integrate perfectly the features of upright, dual display and 4 in 1( IR lens, laser pointer, visual camera,

illuminator ). These new IR cameras may rush in a new era of application of IR cameras.
 2005
SATIR introduces new SAT-G90, a light-weighted high performance infrared camera based on 320x240 UFPAs, offering unbeatable capabilities not being found in other costly models in the world.
 2004
SATIR signs an official OEM agreement with NEC san-ei Instruments, Ltd for providing annually a big quantity of SAT-S160 units for sale in Japan.
 2003
SATIR introduces new SAT-HY6900 infrared camera in SENSOR 2003 Exhibition, Nuremberg, Germany; the high-performance and fully equipped predictive maintenance Camera with compact design and superimposed thermal and visual image.
 2002
SATIR introduces first high performance infrared camera SAT-HY6800 in SPIE-Aerosense 2002, Orlando, USA.
 2001
SATIR introduces the new series of microbolometer infrared camera based on uncooled 320*240 focal plane array detector. The first new generation of infrared camera SAT-HY6000 for predictive maintenance application is in production. SAT-HY600 series are introduced for surveillance and security applications.
 2000
Production and R&D facility are established in Guangzhou. The uncooled Thermal Viewer SAT-GF2000 is introduced for firefighting application.
 1999
SATIR launches the first SAT-GD2000 thermal viewer with build-in 1.8 inch LCD viewfinder and external 6.4 inch LCD display.
 1998
Guangzhou SAT infrared Technology Co. Ltd.(short name SATIR) is found in Guangzhou, Guangdong, People’s republic of China.
 1997
The new handheld SAT-GC18 thermal viewer is production.
 1996
SAT9501 thermal viewer is in production. SATIR is recognized as the State’s High-Tech company.
 1995
The upgrade SAT9501 thermal viewer is released. The SAT9501 wins State’s New Product Award of the Year in China.
 1994
The new portable SAT9401 thermal viewer is introduced.
 1991
The first product SAT9101 thermal viewer is developed and used in the field. The sensor is based on pyroelectric technology.
 1990
The SAT Infrared Inspection Technology Co. Ltd. established in Beijing, China. The main activity is developing temperature measuring system for electric power plant and distributors.
